DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Yes we do, as long as you are living inside United Arab Emirates we deliver to your door step.
For international shipping we will do soon. However, if you have an order with a value above 1000 AED we will do our best to get it yo you. In this case shipping costs will be charged depending on the delivery destination.
DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING
Yes! Along with our elegant packaging and luxury gift box we can gift wrap, at your request, free of charge.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to return your product within seven days of purchase as long as it's in new and sellable condition, not used or damaged (Example: Bead Bracelet thread cut or scratched)
We also offer an exchange, on non-customized items, for the same value or higher in case you would prefer to change the item.
We offer a one year warranty on the elastic. Should it break within one year we will replace the elastic free of charge with proof of purchase.
Please keep in mind that shipping cost will be applied in case of return.
